Message: “Challenges to Churches” from Matthew Dyer

During the hot summer month of August, we will be exploring perhaps one of the most confusing and at times controversial books of the bible – the book of Revelation, sometimes known as The Apocalypse. This five-week series is called This Is Not the End: An Exploration of the Book of Revelation. We invite you to join us as we wrestle with what it meant to its original readers and how we can learn from and apply that meaning to our own lives today. It’s a colorful text full of vivid and dramatic pictures, and we will look at some background issues to help us examine what they might mean.

Message: “Just Money” from Matthew Dyer

We’ll connect the fact that our consumerism and need for cheap products can have a potentially negative effect on others around the world, and we’ll respond to Jesus’ prophetic challenge to pursue justice and champion the poor.
