Cedar Ridge Community Church has recently upgraded our database system to allow you with online access. This new system will provide you with the following:
- Unlimited access to view and track your giving record
- Opportunities to connect with your friends at Cedar Ridge
- Information and updates sent by email when you register and fill out a Connect Card
- Additional features you can look forward to as we add them like joining groups, signing up for events and more!
Frequently asked questions
What if I already am registered with the website?
If you were a web user prior to January 2015, you need to activate your new login. When you sign up, you will receive a login activation email which will allow you to login to the new system. You can use the email address associated with your prior account. Otherwise, just sign up with the email you use most.
What if I’ve never created a login on Cedar Ridge’s website?
If you’re signing up for the first time, simply fill out a CONNECT CARD, requesting activation of your online profile or following the Online Community Sign Up option on the front page of our website. In both cases, you will receive an email, inviting you to login to the new system. Anyone signing up for the first time who does not have an email match in our system will require approval before their account is activated by the administrator (Sarah Burke). Once Sarah has verified your information, a login activation email will be sent.
Why is it important to activate my online profile?
This year we will be sending giving statements out by email. By activating your account, you will be able to track your giving at any time and view your year-end-giving statement as soon as mid-January. We will be following up with you again in January of 2016 with instructions on how to view your giving statement.
Is my information private?
Your financial and personal contact information are private. Once you have set up your profile, you may adjust your communication and privacy settings. If a friend at Cedar Ridge who is also registered with our online community would like to contact you by email, they may do so by private email which will not display your personal information or your email address until you reply to them.
