Over the past few weeks our community have made their recommendations and after much thought, discussion and prayer the Board are nominating Steve Mather and Todd Beckett for election to the board at our Annual Meeting on Wednesday January 12^th at 7:00-9:00PM in the barn. As usual our elections are not a vote between the candidates (this is not a run-off) but will be a secret ballot with a straight yes, no or abstention vote for each candidate. In line with our by-laws, only current formal members of our community are permitted to vote (if you are interested in becoming a member please consider going through our Journey Seminar. The next one is on Saturday January 8^th). All members will be able to vote at the Annual Meeting and to help with this decision please consider the following:

• Both candidates will also be available for informal questioning and discussion after both services on Sundays January 2^nd and 9^th.

In the interests of continuity, stability and to maintain a healthy number of people on the team, the Board is also nominating our current chair, Shobha Duncan, and our current treasurer, Tommy Tavenner, for election for another term. Again, at the annual meeting, members will be able to vote yes, no or abstain for this re-election.
