Check out the list of service projects for our Advent Day of Service and plan to join in with one. On Sunday December 11th at 10am we will all gather as one community for a brief worship service of 40 minutes and then we’ll go out to serve our community in a variety of ways. See the attachment below for details of all the projects and feel free to contact the team leader for more information. Some projects have limited space so please be flexible about your choices on the day. Everyone must find their own path to the experience of Love. Among the Awakening Practices offered in our recent discipleship series, there may be one that struck a chord with you – one that you might want to try on a regular basis.

It can feel like a huge step to make a change in your daily routine, and there are many things in our lives that tend to squeeze out inclusion of something new. So, rather than having to say, “I will do this awakening practice from now on,” why not consider committing yourself to a 30-day trial period conducting an experiment with one of the practices to see what impact it has on you. » Read more

The By-Laws that govern the Board of Trustees of Cedar Ridge Community Church were adopted in 1997 and amended in 2001.  In 2010, a By-Laws subcommittee of the Board was formed to review the document and recommend changes if needed. The Trustees have reviewed, discussed and accepted the amended document now put forth to members of Cedar Ridge for approval.

The original By-Laws are posted here alongside proposed amended By-Laws (please see attachments). There is only one substantive change to the document, under Article VII, Section 3, reflecting the Board’s adoption of a Conflict of Interest policy:
