Sunday morning groups for children

Infants and Toddlers:

If your child is under the age of two, he or she is welcome to visit the nursery. Adults and teen leaders care for children by providing a safe, predictable and fun environment for babies and toddlers. Children who are not yet walking are in room 101, and children who are steady walkers up to the age of two are in room 102. These rooms are open for babies and toddlers during both the 9am and 11am service, depending on leader availability.

Preschool Children:

Children ages two to five take part in our preschool program. Preschoolers spend time with their leaders and friends in age-based groups, learning about the world God created, stories about Jesus, and aspects of the Christian life such as prayer, serving others, and acts of kindness. The group for children who are two and three years old meets in room 103, and the group for children who are four and five years old meets in room 104. These groups meet on Sundays during the 9am and 11am services.

Children in Elementary School:

Children who are in kindergarten through 5th grade meet in the 200 hallway, which is on the southeast side of the sanctuary. Typically children check in and meet their leaders in room 202, before breaking off into smaller, age-based groups for the main portion of the service. Children in elementary school learn background information about the Old and New Testament, and engage in hands-on experiences to help them understand what followers of Jesus are doing today. Groups for children in elementary school meet during both the 9am and 11am services.

Middle school and High school Students:

If you have older students, they meet with their leaders during the 11am service in the Barn.
